Moisture meter - leak under laminate floor

Hello all,

Looking for a moisture meter that would detect a leak underneath the underfloor heating underlay and through the quickstep flooring.

Any ideas? Needs to be none invasive as taking up the floor would cause damage if not necessary.

You’d be better off with an IR camera, moisture meters are pretty useless

You could contact a hydrogen leak detection company.

The kit would probably be too expensive for a one-off check.
