ISA Shelter - Shares
Discussion
As a former long-term employee I was able to acquire a large no of RR shares through sharesave, share purchase and bonus etc.
When they were valued at approx 140p I put them into a stocks and shares ISA........they're now worth 1270p ish.
Am I correct that any dividends, profit and increase in value, whenever realised would be not notifiable and free of income or capital gains tax?
I guess thats the point of the SS ISA but just wanted to check that anything legislative hasn't changed anything.
