I think its a joke / hoax -( interesting idea mind and would be rather fun :grin.

You would need to get down to the equivalent of 20 - 30 m to experience nitrogen narcosis - thats 3 to 4 atmospheres - can't imagine how you would pressurise a club to 45 psi above sea-level pressure.

Then there is the risk of major decompression sickness after clubbing for several hours ( well outside of non-deco. dive tables )..... "oops we got the deco stop wrong and you've got the bends ".
