There seem to be various Cortina ones on fleabay, what's normal, 7/16" UNF or M12?

I had an unfortunate happening where the rear wheel parted company, snapped a couple of studs and lost some wheel nuts.

Luckily, I got the wheel back (undamaged!) and no damage done apart from maybe to underpants ;-)

For my 350i, I purchased M12 X 1.5 19mm, just made sure that the angle of the cup in the alloy matches. I also went for the slip collar version, this can be controversial when related to torque. I went for these as I have had problems with nuts getting stuck when used with alloy wheels. This type were fine on the TVR and Kuga that I had.
