M6 J18 - 19 North bound new yellow speed camera?

I was heading up north yesterday and spotted a new yellow pole speed camera but with no speed camera warning sign on it.

Is this operational?

Since when do speed cameras need warning signs on them

Was it a standalone SPECS one or one behind/adjacent to the overhead signage (as they appear about every 10 miles).

Hi stand alone

Looked like one of the average speed camera main yellow poles but it wasn’t pointed towards the front of it the car it got you from behind and the camera wasn’t on a cantilever
