Forza Horizon 5 - cant login....can anyone please help

Hi guys,
Im wondering if anybody can help me with this issue ive got. Ive been playing Forza Horizon 5 since 2024 and I have over 500 cars. I tried to log in recently after it logged me out and ever since, it has been showing this error message.
"LINKING ERROR" THE PLAYSTATION NETWORK ACCOUNT YOU ARE TRYING TO USE IS ALREADY CONNECTED TO A DIFFERENT MICROSOFT ACCOUNT
PLEASE SIGN IN WITH THE MICROSOFT ACCOUNT THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY LINKED TO THIS ACCOUNT ON PLAYSTATION NETWORK.
We followed the steps to try and reset the user login but it still shows this error message.
Does anybody have a Forza customer services email or phone number I can use to try and resolve this issue?
