Oh wise and knowledgable PH forumites, I beg your input regarding options for 'health monitoring' tools.

I have had a browse through countless offerings, both 'name brand' and 'random Chinese stuff', but I don't think I have found something that 'does it all' yet. I may however be blind...

So... does the following list exist within one product out there in the market??

- Heart rate tracking over time
- Blood Pressure over time (is this even possible without a blow-up cuff thing?)
- Blood Oxygen levels over time
- Storage of readings for download onto a computer, without using a Bluetooth link to a 'smartphone'
- Not a million pounds sterling in price

I have a feeling that it doesn't exist, but any recommendations that cover even some of the bases would be very gratefully received! smile

In the vein of recommend what you have… I’ve got a garmin Epix gen 2. It’s a run out model and you can pick them up for circa 400 or so.
Lots of metrics and extensible with scales, BP cuffs etc

+1 on Garmin though I think you'll struggle to get something that reliably does blood pressure and would suggest if that's important it's taken from the upper arm versus your wrist!

Some of the newer watches have body temperature when you're sleeping, which is an apparent indicator on whether you're getting sick.

My son-in-law and grandsons swear by their Whoop 5 wearables, I think the subs are expensive though.

I have a combination of a Samsung Watch 7 on left wrist and a Hilo blood pressure monitor on right wrist.

The Samsung is a typical smart watch in that it monitors steps, does phone calls etc - but also monitors oxygen, sleep, snoring.

The Hilo measures BP and heart rate and is the cheapest device you can get that is 'certified' for BP. It's pretty accurate and much, much smaller than any other device for BP.

Happy to give anyone a 20% off referral if they want!

I've a Garmin, largely because it can dispay blood glucose levels from a CGM.

You can use a garmin cuff for blood pressure, so it'll keep all your stats in one place. Blood pressure without a cuff is a a bit of a black art, and not really regarded as accurate.

The thing you'll struggle with is the phone thing, they all seem to use a phone handset for control.
