Had fibre installed last week, and I think the oddities started happening then.

1. Google search results started throwing up lots of US sites... it never used to... odd but okay...
2. Netflix user profile pictures disappeared... odd but okay...
3. "Love is Blind" has disappeared from Netflix!

Hold judgment on the programme biggrin, but it should be there. There are probably other missing programmes but this is what we were looking for.

Not on the phone app.
Not on Netflix accessed through a browser.
Not on the Netflix TV app.

When clicked through from a browser search result it returns Netflix error UI3003.

I've logged out and logged in again. I've cleared cookies as per google instructions for the error code.

Combined with the odd google search results I've been receiving, it points me in the direction of something odd happening at router level.... putting me in a different country...

Anyone encountered this, or have any ideas of how to fix it?

I should reboot the router in the mean time.

I'm with BeFibre. The installer said their router uses a static IP address - could this be the problem, making it think I'm using a VPN?

..Adding a new profile has brought back the original profile pictures... for a short while... before disappearing again, and my partner's profile can now access the programme, as can the new profile... but mine can't...

This is odd.

Oxford, England.

Right country, wrong county.

My profile can't see the series, the other profiles now can. The profile pictures come and go.

If it was a Netflix issue it would be more widespread surely?

At 2155 this evening, this came through from Netflix on email... it would have been when I was logging in and out etc. Or that could be coincidence. I've changed my password now in case.

On mobile data my original profile can see the series.

It's only on my WiFi that MY profile can't see the series. Other profiles can see the series on WiFi. WTAF is wrong?!
