Is there is a worldwide shortage of Bonios? They seem to be impossible to get hold of. Does anyone have any?

I might have access to one of the larger UK pet supplies wholesalers and it does indeed appear they have no stock of any bonios.

I stopped buying bonios when the charcoal bones became natural fibre and found this company:
