SOS failure warning on dashboard
Discussion
Battery pack needs to be replaced, normally found under the fin on the roof. It takes about an hour as you need to remove all the panels to get to it, then put it all back.
Depends on which BMW you have too! My experience is with a 2 series active tourer.
Battery will last about 5-6 years before this message pops up. Not a MOT failure though, just annoying.

It's quite model dependant. It's under the boot floor in my 2018 3 series Touring. 10 mins tops to change on that.Depends on which BMW you have too! My experience is with a 2 series active tourer.
