Anyone know how to clear this fault

Battery pack needs to be replaced, normally found under the fin on the roof. It takes about an hour as you need to remove all the panels to get to it, then put it all back.
Depends on which BMW you have too! My experience is with a 2 series active tourer.
Battery will last about 5-6 years before this message pops up. Not a MOT failure though, just annoying.

Seen lots on mine at 7 years old, till I had the battery replaced as described

It's quite model dependant. It's under the boot floor in my 2018 3 series Touring. 10 mins tops to change on that.
