I'm having one of those 'I'm really missing my Cerb' moments - she's been away for over 4 months now.

Whilst I'm avidly glued to all the tech advice/discussions ;), for a bit of light hearted fun, what's your suggestion for losing the Cerb-less blues? (Cue endless yellow gags.....)

You've got a 330CI BMW as the daily runner! what more do you want?

Or, this might cure you...

Think....

"Ash has been without his Cerb for over 12 months now..."

There, that should cheer you up!

Yes it was E3D... but I miss her like hell!

People just dont see how much the loss of my family member has affected me, I'm like a ticking time-bomb these days....

I was this close to pick up a 4.5RR the other day... but other engagements are a priority at this time...

I'm dead without my cerb to be honest...

Fair point! That's one of the few giggles I've had - the thought of not paying £1.10 per litre for Optimax etc over the summer

Our Cerb came back last Friday, it made me smile when I heard it coming up the road..........nothing to the smile I had yesterday, when I took it out for a drive...........my poor husband (who's baby it is) is in Iraq at work and not due back till the end of Nov......all he can do is say...... be careful.....have fun.......take it easy.

I was good, I took it easy.......and boy was it fun

Sorry not helping I know just so pleased its back, can't imagine 4 months, was bad enough after 4 weeks.

There is no real cure for such a loss (no matter how temporary) other than perhaps the aforementione potential financial savings. Just have to grin and bear it i'm afraid, and fingers crossed she will be back soon.

cerb-blues? thats an easy fix: take your current runabout, loosen every bolt in the cabin, pour mouldy water into the footwells and open up a tube of glue just under your nose. then drive everywhere throwing tenners out of the window every two or three minutes. hey presto: your back in your cerb

Enjoy

Thanks folks - you've certainly made me laugh.

Nervous - good to see you haven't lost your legendary razor sharp wit

Having read this post in the general gassing forum,

I'm just glad I don't drive a 4 x 4!
