...not a Porsche but a well -used 300SL Gullwing. The real thing, no bumpers, Rudge wheels. Does not sound like anything else. I

Intrigued, I followed him into the shopping area parking lot. Came across a huge Corvette meet, every possible model (but not my thing). Further in I began to see some Porsches. Parket my old SL in front of a 356 and took a look round. Turned out that this was the Concours of the local chapter of the Porsche club,

There were some very tasty cars..........

It is an interesting culture, AZ, horses and cars are a big things. I generally do not ship cars down from Canada when I am here so the sports cars are all stowed. There are all sort of events here so might just have to bring something down.

That’s very cool Ronan. Love that 3.2 Speedster in particular

You're welcome! This is a very car-centric area and there are several cars and coffee events every Saturday which often have very exotic stuff. and are free. I go to a couple every year. The Porsche even was pure happenstance but I signed up for their calendar and will probably do a couple of events.

Been a long time since I have seen a 300SL just out for a drive though.
