Reading about the guy who needed to change the taxation class from disabled on the car he was buying I wondered how many of the PH were disabled.

Why? you're presuming the disability is legs and mobility related.

I think he may be trolling, as all Rolls Royce have been auto since the early sixties.

Why are you presuming his presumption?

Regardless of the form and extent of disability, an automatic will almost inevitably be easier to manage.

Plenty of disabled people drive manuals, his / her post is a presumption in my opinion, and as I work with a charity that helps bring greater mobility to those with disabilities i found his / her post quite odious.

My first proper car I bought myself (and not my Mum’s Fiat Punto) aged 21, was a 2000 1.4 Honda Civic with 54000 miles on for £2700.

The previous keeper slip stated the previous owner was in the disabled taxation class. His title was also “Reverend” rather than Mr.

If you are registered as disabled, you can get a road tax exemption, if you have more than 1 car it is applicable to only 1 of them.

I read that as "Doblo" and thought, isn't that what all disabled people should drive! wink
