Help appreciated with leaking shower!

Hi all

I’d appreciate some help!

I’ve got an old walk in shower with body spray jets, branded as Jacuzzi, and the head drips. I’m assuming water is getting part the valve.

I’ve taken the covers off, but Jacuzzi do not have any replacements!

Any thoughts on a fix? Can I remove and take apart to replace a seal?
