F1 autograph identification

Hi,
I have had this for years from a eBay purchase over 10 years ago but I can’t remember who the middle name is, any ideas? It might not even be a driver, could be someone who was just there (wherever there was).

These are consistent with the 93 drivers

Does look like a T but neither of those as their autographs are very easy to identify that’s it’s them as they pretty much spell out their name clearly

Might not be an active driver at the time, could be a Principal
