Hey PH massive, thought I’d kick this thread off. Anyone else watch the F2 and F3 at Albert Park this weekend?

I'm just watching the F2 race, the number of penalties are unbelievable, as is the start penalty given on lap 15, was it the drivers or the stewards making this so bad.

Well that’s worth watching for anyone who missed it. Three cars battling all the way to the line on the last lap.

Looking forward to catching up with this. I'm very happy that F2 is running here and in Montreal but I never saw it announced anywhere?! A shame they didn't re-arrange the F3 as well.

Bloody hell and I thought F1 cars were quiet, this current obsession with cars under 100db is a joke, race cars are supposed to be a little bit loud

Safety car start for the Feature race. It’s wet but not raining.

This is chaos, as a number of cars missed the instruction to go through the pit lane.

Out of curiosity, will these be local marshals or travelling ones?

It’s a temporary circuit that only exists this weekend, so they’ll be recruited from other circuits in the US.

They are just so much more slender than Indycar marshals

some will be, but its not an issue if they were only recruited for this specific event. that's how the middle eastern races started, and is also the case for baku.
