A110 Renewing in-car services

Hi all,
The in-car services in My Alpine A110 expired last year how do I renew them? The “Access The Store” button in Alpine app does nothing.
The services in the app I’m looking to rent are

1. Remote car dashboard
2. Auto updates
3. Pack Smart Navigation

You're not the only one - generally contacting Renault (not Alpine) multimedia customer services via myrenault has achieved an extension of a year to the full service even though they only refer to one of the three elements

Thank you both. Called the number and spoke to someone from the multimedia team who extended my services and said as there isn’t a UK online store there’s no charge.. What a pleasant surprise… should take 72 hours to come through…

Thanks all for sharing - by coincidence I rang my “go to “ dealer about exactly this last week . Reply was - No idea , never been told can’t help . Poor !!

I just phoned the number above and spoke to a lady who said my 71 plate doesn’t have connected services and it’s not possible to enable them. She said it’s nothing to do with the age of the car, just that car doesn’t support connected services, so I’m not sure what other features others have via the app. I was hoping to enable the send destination to car feature.
