Klargester Advice

We are about to sell Mum's house, the Agent said we need to check the Klargester conforms to current regs

When was it serviced ?

Apparently never, in the 10 years she's been there, isn't the right answer

I lifted the lids today - there are 3

This is the first and last ones

I'm told there should be bubbling from aeration - I couldn't see any

I presume I get a company to clean it out and then one to "service it" ?
