Best way to get rid of delivery wax/film residual?

Depends how durable it is, try a car shampoo first with warm water, you may need a small detail brush to get in there.
I would also try Bilt Hamber Surfex HD as I have it on my shelf but depends what you have/can get your hands on.
If they failed I would resort to a panel wipe type/paint prep product, most of which contain IPA, the sprays can be easier to get into the gaps.
