Umbra Towbars - any experience?

I've looked but I may have missed a more appropriate sub-forum - apologies.

I'm looking for a towbar for a BMW G21 M340i estate.Has anyone got any experience of Umbra towbars? They are competitively priced on eBay, but their website seems to sell the same thing for a lot more money. It doesn't look like a scam eBay shop, but I don't understand why a business would have such a price disparity.

I'd be grateful to hear from anyone with actual experience. Cheers!

Yes fitted 2 of their kits, one made in poland the other made in italy, both fitted perfectly with no hassle and were going strong when I sold the cars after towing boats and lwb caravans for a few years each.

Wiring kits were decent too. Self test relay box is fine, I didnt use the snap connectors supplied as I had better connectors in my shed.
