Hirecar insurance

Years back I got in the habit of buying my own insurance for hirecars before going on holiday, and knew which products were decent. As I've not done that sort of holiday since 2019 now, I'm a bit out of the loop.

Any recommendations for such insurance products these days? Any providers best left alone?

We're talking about a single 2 week family holiday in the EU with a generic hatchback/SUV (not a year of exploring the mountain routes of Asia in a supercar )

Have used them many times and claimed once. All pretty good

annual questor excess insurance done for the last 6 years.
I don't go on holiday without it.
Holiday 2 / 3 times a year for about 8 weeks in total.
Europe cover is about £50 annually
