80th Gift - Sherry - any ideas?

Hello PH peeps - mothers 80th next week and she enjoys a glass of Croft Original (or 4!) so just wondering what could be sort of a higher version of that in terms of taste etc - something a bit special - its 80th so pricing can go a quite high
