Hi Shkinner

This is Dave from PistonHeads auctions, just replying on the customers behalf. The history file on this car dates back to the orignial order form with a whole host of invoices and service receipts. The seller informs us that whatever has been needed over the years has been completed. He is not aware of the outriggers being replaced or discussed as requiring attention, and with regards to the engine work, again what ever has been required over the years has been completed.

I hope this helps.

Kind Regards
Dave

Are there photos available of the chassis and underside?

Just viewed the car. Couldn't get the AC compressor to kick in. Are you sure it works? Also, electric motors of both mirrors seem to be stuck and RHS window slow to go up (motor again). Not sure if there are any other electric faults. Just looking at he photos: chassis rails seem oily, where's the seepage from?

Major service completed on 14 February 2025@37,755 miles. MOT completed on 9 March 2026@37,968 miles.

Current mileage is 38,044 only 76 miles since inspection.

Nothing has been identified on the service or MOT regarding any abnormal motor functions, or any other comments regarding anything that’s not functioning as normal.

Continuous pressing of windows up/down can be slower when engine is off. When door is locked windows automatically go up.

Regarding the chassis, it has been waxoyl treated. Again nothing has been previously identified on the service or MOT regarding any seepage or other related issues. There is no indication of any leakage reported on the ground where the car is being held for viewing.

All work has been completed by TVR specialists.

All the best.

Hi, can you confirm if the electrical issues mentioned are, in fact, not a problem and all is working as it should including the AC compressor.

Hi Clint, This is Dave from PistonHeads auctions. I am just replying on behalf of the seller. The seller has confirmed that the electrics are functioning and the AC compressor also functions. To be clear it is not ice cold, but does blow cold air. No issues were raised at the last service.

I hope this helps

And good luck with your bids.

Kind Regards
Dave

Definitely LHS mirror didn't work and RHS stopped when I tried adjusting it.
So the drip on the sump (pictured) is a clear waxoyl?
