Eat a proper lunch from the work's café. Saves me having to bother eating properly at home.

Proper roast beef sandwich made by me this morning.

you can actually eat decent stuff that doesn't cost that much or have toooo much fat if you do it yourself!

Normally the same but substitute beef for ham!

but tomorrow i am having quails eggs.

Ryvita and cottage cheese with a glass of water today.

if I'm with clients, I'll eat (and drink) a fair amount more!

Food is for enjoying - if it makes you fat you're not exercising enough I reckon, hence I eat what I want, when I want!

Sandwiches that I make myself at home.

Just thinking about all the money I have saved, by not buying something for lunch, gives me a warm glow.

A nice chicken mayonnaise salad baguette and fresh orange. I was seriously tempted by McD's today but I've got to play football later so I don't really fancy all that grease in my guts.

Snap! And two slices of toast. A small meal but naturally interrupted by a delivery driver who can't find the second of two packages... and is still searching the van... grr...
