Converting headlight to LHD

Hi all
I have a 2018 xf (x260) sportbrake I am looking to take it to Europe when I move there.
From the research I have been able to do, I understand there is an engineering menu for adjusting the headlights to LHD.
I have adjusted the analogue Speedo to km in the past, didn’t see anything about lighting.
The only video I could see on youtube was for a pre 2015 car. The video suggested pressing the start button without touching the pedals and holding it down for a while.
I have found some LHD light on eBay, they are expensive and I don’t know if the ÉCU would need updating.
Does anyone have any experience doing this.
