For anyone thinking of checking their account, the website and app access ain't working at the moment.
Been down since yesterday evening.

Yep, can't login. Probably a blessing at the moment, nothing good to see.

Agree about that, I like red cars but not red finance.
But had an email message to see an important communication from them and cannot.
Strange to be doing maintenance during the week, wonder what the problem is (without starting any scaremongering)

HL say there’s no evidence of a cyber attack. Certainly something has gone very badly wrong as they are unable to take dealing instructions over the phone as well as no online or app access.

I hold all my assets, including SIPP, drawdown, S&S and cash ISAs with them. This has made me realise what a risk this is and I’ll be moving at least some accounts away from them to ensure I can get to funds if it happens again.
