Yep, go to the tiny flamenco theatre at the Mercado de Triana food market.

A mind-blowingly intense show that'll leave you shell-shocked. thumbup

We were there a couple of weeks ago.
Obvious places like Cathedral & Real Alcazar, Bullring, Plaza De Espana are all very good.

Flamenco we went to was CASA DE LA MEMORIA FLAMENCO, small intimate venue & very passionate.

Fantastic tapas was had at ALIAMZA ESLAVA and on route we saw SETAS DE SEVILLE, which is great when it is dark.

Did a boat trip up the river. Rubbish, no commentary.

There's also what's supposed to be the oldest Tapas Bar in Spain (or possibly just Seville) - El Rinconcillo - as seen on the Rick Stein TV show. It's definitely worth a visit.

No they aren't. They are the orange equivalent of cooking apples.

We did or horse and cart ride, that was very pleasant.

We had our flight booked for 18.20 last night from Alicante to Seville, got on the plane at 17.50. At 20.20 we are still sitting there waiting to take off. Apparently the plane needed a valve, which didn't work.
We were then told we would have get on the plane next to us. So a 20 minute wait for a bus to take us around the other side of the plane, which took around 30 seconds.
We actually started taxiing 2hrs 58 mins after the flight was due to takeoff.
No offer of water while sitting on the plane with no aircon. Dont get me started on youths with big fking rucksacks on their backs, while we were rammed on the bus. Thank god it wasn't for long.

Ryanair eh.

I was there a good few years ago now, but I think my favourite bar was Casa Vizcaino, where they write you beer tally on the bar in chalk beside you. We checked out the classic sites such as the cathedral and Alcazar, the roman museum under the setas de Seville etc. I can't remember the restaurants we went to as it was a long time ago but they are probably all different now. I love the tapas in the sun with a beer or glass of wine. We were there 3 nights which was about right for us, plenty to see and do. Also, the street oranges were incredibly bitter.
