As above really. I have loads of these little things sprouting up all over. I presume a weed? Do they need to dug ASAP
They are super pretty to my eye.

A weed is just a plant you don't want. If you like them then they aren't weeds.

You might be - a good chunk of my lawn is actually violets now! But they will get mown along with the rest of it, and as the grass grows and the violets - not being a lawn weed - get tired of being cut, something like normality should resume.

They're attractive but quite opportunistic. I don't mind them too much in a lawn, they keep the moss and weeds down
