Looking at an Ultima - price guide?

Hi all,

I'm considering ticking the Ultima bucket list box, but haven't looked at them in any detail for over 10 years now so no idea where the market is at.

I can't afford to build one or buy a LS engine variety, so I think I'm likely to be in the SBC market and trying to find a decent one there.

I've seen this which whilst not a mint, looks very useable and well spec'd with more than enough power for my wants and needs.

I guess my questions are:

Is it appropriately priced?
What is typical mileage for a 20+ year old Ultima?
Do they normally collect a high number of owners?

I've spoken to the owner and all seems well so far, but just nervous going in too deep with very little knowledge of what's what. The car is in Aberdeen, so not just round the corner to go and view.

Any thoughts, particularly on price appreciated.
