How much? Patio and path content...

I have an empty new-build garden. I am happy to do the gardening bit myself, but looking at installing a patio circle and path and thinking "this might be better to get someone in for"....

So:
- install 2.4m circle patio, happy with low cost not posh.
- install a curved 12m of 1m wide hard path, happy with paving blocks or whatever works out affordable.
- install 2m x 2m of paving slabs to stand wheelie bins on. Can be 'council style' as the existing paths and patio at back door are concrete 'standard council' style.
- Path and patio can be installed slightly above current ground level (saving digging down) as I am planning on a few tons of improved topsoil/compost which will bring ground level up perhaps 10cm.
- Flat ground, easy access including small machinery if needed.
- central Scotland

Any idea of labour cost for something like this? I am keen not to waste time of tradespeople getting quotes if we are way above what expectations I have...
