Unfortunately I am unable to read the vehicle report on the documents.
May I ask what are the issues that need attention regarding the Porsche?

I didn't keep a copy of the report - however, I can just about read it from the photo and I've typed it up. This is not verbatim, but it's hopefully close enough.

I will ask PH if it's possible to get this scanned in, but the document is with the car.

RED items
Both front and both rear coffin arm inner bushes split from arms. Recommend replacement with bolts + wheel alignment
Coolant drip from pipe on underside of vehicle. May require resecured or new metal pipe. Requires investigation
Oil Seep from engine at belt side dripping onto other components. Appears to be from an oil pipe, requires investigation
OSF Brake Pipe at underside of caliper has been replaced with a copper pipe. Recommend replacing with a genuine pipe
Rear brake pads visually 6-8mm - recommend replacement
Rear disks heavily pitted on inside - recommend replacement
Unable to carry out software updates to PCM2 to address customer concern

YELLOW items
Brake fluid was aftermarket so additional flushing was required
All wheels could benefit from refurb
Both from wheel arch liners damaged and secured with zip ties
Front number plate beginning to stain around screws. Rear plate delaminating. Replacement recommended
Front position lights appear aftermarket
Bodywork - multiple imperfections around vehicle
NSF top mount bush splitting slightly and NSF bump stop split
Power steering pipe damp, not leaking excessively. Monitor. Power steering fluid level OK

From memory, there is a second page to this document with a single yellow item at the top of it. I can't remember what it was. All the remaining items were green.

Seller notes:
The leaking coolant pipe is right next to the oil filter. It is one of the smaller diameter pipes. I pushed the pipe on a bit further and replaced the clamp which has temporarily fixed it - budget for replacing that small metal pipe in the near future

The caliper brake pipe was replaced by the Mot tester during the MOT. Porsche do not mention this, but I have already stated in the vehicle description that all 4 of these link pipes should be replaced as a precaution.

The software updates were to address the occasional lack of sound on the PCM system. Porsche can't diagnose because of course it never happens when it is at the workshop.

The additional flushing for the brake fluid was carried out by the dealer. None of the other items (apart from the temp fix on the coolant pipe) have been carried out.

More legible photos of the Porsche report have been uploaded, including the 2nd page. Hope this helps!
