Hi,

To break up the long Easter break and a rare opportunity to blow the cobwebs off the GT3, I am planning a short 2 nights/ 3 days roadtrip to De Panne area / Belgium (previously recommended on PH). If it was an adult trip, I would stop off at Dunkirk to check the WWII memorials etc,..but since I am taking my kids, the requirements are a little different. Apart from Popsaland, are there any hidden gems which are family oriented and suitable for a 7 & 8 years old?
Thanks.

If you want something worthy, the Atlantic Wall museum just down the road at Ostend is good, lots of tunnels and bunkers for kids to wander through.

Thanks, the Atlantic war museum looks good , plus when I explained and showed my girls a few pictures, they seem quite keen to explore the place!

I also found this outdoor activity centre not far away which has some really fun stuffs:

Plopsaland and high ropes for some adrenalin kicks, and the Atlantic wall museum for a taste of history, perfect for our short trip!
