Audi RSQ3 looking for feedback, and independent servicing

Cheery afternoon.

I'm looking for one of these, probably in the next 6 months or so.
I've looked at a vanilla RS3, but they don't have the same appeal.
Could anyone steer me on what to look out for, do's don't and preferences, such as sportback, vorsprung etc.. which is the best value in the range.

I'm also looking for an independent who could service and look after it for me, somewhere in Essex/Suffolk way would be great if you have a recommendation.
