Recommended a cordless vacuum cleaner
Discussion
I need a cordless vacuum cleaner for an elderly relative. Budget about £300.
They have tried a few in Currys, but most have the motor at the top of the handle which makes it unbalanced and difficult to control.
The Gtech Airam 3 seems a decent option. Is it as good as the hype or is there a cheaper alternative.
It is needed for in-between the visit of the weekly cleaner.

Thread update.
Went for the Gtech Airam 3 as currently on special offer at £269.
I'm impressed and the relative is impressed. It was needed as a cordless to pick up bits in-between the weekly cleaner visit. Although it seems to be better than the corded VAX.
Plus it is not too heavy and well balanced, so suitable for the older person.
