TDV6 3.0 (Gen1.5) Screeching EGR coolers

We've got one of these engines at the moment and it really screeches when the EGR valves are opened.
We've checked for leaks and things and can't see anything. Its definitely related to EGR as at full load the noise goes away (no EGR command at full load) and if we command 0 EGR via the ECU whilst we're at a point which is screechy, it goes away.
These are also quite new coolers so I wouldn't expect anything inside to be wrong. Though never say never. They've been fitted with all new gaskets etc so there shouldn't be any leaking from the inlets/outlets, at least not when things are stinking hot.
What else can be checked. Its specifically when flowing EGR and the valves are moved from they shut position.
