Honda CBF500 2007 - London CR7 - £1100

Please message me for the pics, as I'm not allowed to post the links(new account), but I have plenty of them.
The bike was regularly serviced and MOT'd until last year or two, when I pretty much stopped riding it due to various reasons.
On the current state, rides ok, little wobbly with RPMs and when starting it up you need to add a little gas. After turning off choke, it runs fairly ok around 1500rpms, and when I was riding it it didn't shut itself down for me.
Freshly MOTd as well, so all should be ok, two very minor advisories.
Bigger service back in 2023: suspension front/rear. oil and stuff, fuel lines, break system(hoses)/lines & fluid, renew brake master cylinder + caliper seals, coolant change, spark plugs, air filter, oil + oil filter, clutch system/line(hose), new YSS Shock Absorber in 2022.
Michelin Pilot Road 5 on it (I think I managed to stumble on two screws on it shortly after buying them brand new), but has been properly fixed in the shop.
The mileage counter is ~63k odo(however, the value is in km, so converted to miles gives about 39k).
I have: a spare key, book, hard box, mounted Scott Oiler.
I am happy to negotiate price as well, I am not going to ride it and it's just a shame for me for it to just stand still.
