Diesel throttle issue, 3F11, 3F21 codes

Anyone seen these codes before? Have no throttle and reduced performance codes on my van with the newly fitted N47. Swapped the pedal off my working van and hasn't resolved the issue, googling isn't helping. Manifold & TB are clean and not gunked up, may pop the TB off and see whats what
