Google Family Link

Google family link between mine and my daughters phone isn't working (see imagine) on parent phone (my phone).

Uninstalled/reinstalled app on all devices (all Samsung Android devices)
Mrs Ste-EVo's phone has the app and having the same issue.
Cleared data, cache and cookies etc.
Checked location settings on etc

Im convinced my daughter has done something on her phone settings but obviously denying it...

Does the wonderful world of PH have any thoughts/suggestion please? Thanks.
