Oil for my 996 C4S

I need to top up the oil on my C4S - any advice as to what to use . IE. grade, viscosity etc. I can get Mobil 1 from work ?

I would use that then. It will do for a top up.

Mobil 1 0w-40 is the oil recommended by Porsche. Personally I'd recommend Motul 8100 0w-40 if you want something that is even better!
