Having looked around over the last few month's for Z8's for sale in the UK it seem's that a handful of dealer's are buying them up and basically setting the price so a 01 car is still up for sale at near on 60K.
It is nice to see dealer's supporting residual's if this is what is going on, anyone shed some light?

P.S. First visit to this(BMW) forum so if this has been done to death previously, apologies.

If the tale is true, all BMW dealers were made to buy at least one Z8 when they were new. Many have never actually been sold, just used as demo cars/MD company cars. They weren't that popular being LHD only and £80k. Too many other cars were RHD, better to drive and cheaper at the same time.

I totally love the styling of this car but LHD does make it specialist driver only in UK.

Not true but nice idea... The Z8 is fab. Totally agree. LHD and £80 Massive killed it you're quite right.
