Does anyone know of a website that will show my nearest Super U/L or Optimax outlet. Have been looking around local garages but as I live in the sticks not had much luck. Am hoping to buy a Chim soon, so need to find a watering hole.

20 miles to Gloucester, 25 to Bristol.

[url]www.shellgeostar.co.uk/share/form.asp?SID=stationfinder&ID=default& will find you Optimax ones (tick the Optimax box - put your postcode in - et. voila!) - you even get maps and directions if you want

The other's don't seem to have a SUL one - sorry.

Yes you can search on Shell's website: www.shellgeostar.com/share/form.asp?SID=stationfinder&language=En&sessionid={99D2F65F-0173-4403-856C-B79BA8D7C3F3}&ID=default

Cheers, site was useful. Nearest stations mean crossing the Severn Bridge, and paying £4.40, or a near 100 mile round trip. Probably easier to get a tank in the garden.

The nearest ones to me are about 5-10 miles away.

Looks like I'll still be using BP Super (97) Unleaded then.

I would only use the site as a guide to the where the Shell stations are. When I searched for Optimax stations it did not pick up the Shell station near me but it does sell Optimax.
Just search for any Shell station and you may get lucky that they have got Optimax in since the web site update.

Cheers

Hi oiltrash,

Not sure where you are, maybe a little too far west but you can find Optimax in both Tetbury and Cirencester.

Well done, list of things to do if you have any time spare from being in or looking at the car.

Drive car
Look at car
Wash car
Stroke car
Drive car again
Repeat the above as often as you want then:
Post pic on PH profile so we can all enjoy it with you
