Mum passed these onto me today... Dad has no further use for them in his current condition sadly frown

Citizen Alarm Date is wind up and sprung straight into life, Accurist and Everite are both quartz and upon opening them up had ancient batteries in that have leaked.

Have a spare for the accurist but no signs of life, don't have one to fit the Everite until tomorrow...

Any ideas on any tricks to bring them back to life?

I'm really hoping the Everite runs... It's exceptionally cool

Joe at Anglesey Watches and Clocks successfully revived a quartz Omega for me, that had suffered from a leaky cell battery.

The guy is an absolute wizard.

OP, those are all terrific. I particularly admire the Everite, I have recently developed a thing for properly blingy vintage gold watches. Look after them all!,

Can't get the Accurist to come back to life, tried a few things but it's just dead. Which is a shame.

I'll let it air properly and try again in a few days.

Need to pop out to get a battery for the Everite..... really hoping that one runs.

I think the Citizen will look far better on a leather strap so I need to find a nice one for it.
