Compatible radio with power for the electric antenna
Discussion
I fitted the last radio many years ago and stored the removable face plate in the boot which subsequently over 10 years filled with water and killed the face plate. Serves me right.
The car is now legal again on on the road.
Anyhow I'd like to replace the radio with the same power signal to the antenna. I don't need any fancy functions but a socket for a USB stick with music would be good.
Any recommendations out there?

I dont have a TVR but I can recommend the Blaupunkt Bremen SQR46 retro head unit that I have in my early 80s car. This is a modern unit but with period appearance and has all the features that we expect now such as USB Bluetooth, hands free phone ,DAB etc. The wiring harness does have the blue wire trigger for an electric aerial that you asked about.
Blaupunkt and now Pioneer do new retro looking head units that look so much better in a classic car.
