Bleeding Rear Brakes

I'll be swapping out a rear wheel cylinder on my daughter Aygo tomorrow. Looks a nice simple job but will obviously need to bleed the brakes afterwards (on that wheel at least)
I'm going to do this with the handbrake off but out of interest would it make a difference if I left the handbrake on?

It won't make any difference (to the bleeding side of things).
