Griffith 200 - 400 - Tuscan V8 related
Discussion
Dear readers, I have a question and ow, pictures related to those monster cars are welcome, around the Griffith 200 and 400 and Tuscan V8 classic models.
my question is around this car (bottom picture) the upper is a Griffith 400 LHD 1966 the one under that advertised as a Tuscan V8 SWB 1967 LHD
but when I saw the FIA papers and pictures of the chassis number, I see 200-GB-5... in the number (the second car picture) so yes it could be by looks a Tuscan V8 SWB, but those seem to have no quarter side window, yes it was used as a race car so much could have been changed?
But my guess with the 200-GB-5... chassis number, its a British made Griffith 200 gb ala Griffith 400.
Ok if so, but it looks more lined/sloping perhaps a bit wider the a 400 and ow, in some TVR books I have when looking up that sort numbers 200-GB-5... there it says Griffith 400 so I'm confused, how will they call it? if say, you make it road legal? (never was road registered)
