Just had a PCN through the post for my Astravan for using a bus lane, anyone help me find it in the photos?

Logged on to the website to contest the PCN and view evidence and again they have read the number plate wrong, car in photo has a Y which they have read as a V, problem I have now is the website is asking for a webcode 'as printed on the correspondence received', have read the paperwork 3 times and still can't find the webcode they are asking for, any help on where it is?

If you can't find the code, Barnet Council's website says: "Please call our customer service team on 0333 200 7380, 9am-6pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays), they will provide you with your unique web code."

Can you appeal informally? It doesn't look like you need a webcode if you do.

Have appealed informally now, hopefully they accept it that way
