E92 330d 2007 oil leak from sump. Garage won't fit non OEM

Looking for some advice.
I’ve got a 2007 E92 330d which has started leaking oil from the sump following a recent oil change.
The garage that did the oil change have said it’s leaking from the sump but they can’t find the parts. They also said they’re not willing to attempt a repair and would only replace it, but apparently they can’t source the sump either. They suggested I try a BMW specialist instead.

Car otherwise running fine
Has anyone had something similar happen on these, particularly with the M57 engine? Also interested to know if people have repaired rather than replaced the sump.
If anyone knows a good BMW specialist in South London who might be willing to take a look, that would be really helpful. Happy to travel a bit if needed.
Would rather not give up on the car as it’s been solid otherwise.
