Stubby Lance for Bosch Pressure Washer

Looking for some advice please.

I have a Bosch Aquatak Clic 125 pressure washer. It's an old model which I've had for years but it still works perfectly well. See pic (stock image). I would like to upgrade it by fitting one of those stubby lance guns (not sure exactly what they're called).

My question is, can this be done? And if so, how? I'm guessing I'll need some sort of adaptor because the hose on the pressure washer goes straight into the lance. It's fixed in place with a clip and then clamped by lance casing. If it's a simple case of using an adaptor to attach the hose to the lance, can someone suggest/recommend what sort of adaptor I'll need? I don't want to replace the hose.
