Converting Makefiles to ANT

I've got a java project that builds multiple files across multiple paths using a makefile.

I'd like to convert this to an ANT build file so I can use Netbeans to compile it all.

Is there an easy way to do this, or will I have to recreate the project manually?

I think you can use Javadoc/Javadoc2 to convert makefiles to Ant
