Compensation after accident, no contact

On top of trying to be screwed over by my insurance company which I'm now going through ombudsman with.
Anyway, they've put me through a claims management company, I am claiming as it's been 3 weeks and I'm still in pain, I've got losses ( T Boned at 30-40mph).
Anyway, all the paperwork the company is asking me to sign is all wrong, I've asked for amendments to be made and no contact, I've asked again and again and still no contact.
I've read reviews and it seems I'm not the only one with this issue.
Can I go external? Because it's ridiculous, I've asked for my actual losses to be added, it's got that I haven't been to hospital, I'm not recieving physio, I'm not off work etc, I'm not signing anything that's wrong.
I'd rather sack these off and go with some other ambulance chaser, is it just a case of ringing around?
They don't answer emails, they don't answer the phone, what am I supposed to do? I'm in limbo and it's a hassle I don't need at the moment

I d suggest you first investigate chat gpt, grok, Gemini or co-pilot. Stick what you have just written above in there, add a bit more detail about what hospital visits / treatment / symptoms you have and let it generate you an intelligible post for starters .. Its to do with the claims management company or something
Have you looked in the Directory Of Enquiries Book that will help
I hope those responsible feel the full force of the law and are brought to book over this heinous crime

Nothing to do with his insurers even though they may have palmed him off into the claims management company and got a kickback. They’re different entities in their own right.Ask them to intervene.

Anyway they've referred me to a CMC (I'm claiming because Im in lots of pain after having had a T-bone Steak
All the paperwork the CMC is asking me to sign is all wrong, I've asked for amendments to be made and they've not been in touch despite me trying to contact them numerous times. Based on internet reviews it seems I'm not the only one with this issue.
As a result of their shocking performance can I go to somebody else? I've asked for my actual losses to be added to the claim and to include the facts that I've been to hospital, to Physio, that I'm off work. I really don't want to sign anything that isn't a complete and full claim form.
To be absolutely honest I'd rather get rid of them and go with another company. How can i find somebody? is it just a case of ringing around? They don't answer emails, they don't answer the phone, what am I supposed to do? I'm in limbo and it's a hassle I don't need at the moment
